Couch to Sprint Training Plan Week 3 Day 6--Featured: Standing Back Bends Hey, everyone! After I finished REVOLUTION--31 Days of Yoga on January 31, 2017, I needed to find another workout regimen to fill up the next month or two. Though I loved Revolution and had a new-found appreciation for yoga, I wanted something more intense to build strength and endurance. That's when I got an e-mail in my inbox providing information about a Spartan Race taking place at Greek Peak, a ski resort only 45 minutes from my home.
