Beginner's 2.0 Day 20: Amazing Upper Back & Leg Stretches Hey, everyone! It's been a while since I posted, mainly because my summer was INSANE. It felt like I was gone almost every single weekend, and I don't think there was ever a point where my suitcase was packed away or even empty. Not complaining though, because I gained a lot of experience and learned a lot from my many travels. Plus they were fun. Can't forget that. 😉 Anyway, let's return to my workouts from this year. After finishing Yoga Camp , I was ready to take it up a notch, so I decided to try the Blogilates Beginner's 2.0 Calendar, which turned out to be quite an adventure.

Yoga Camp Day 29: I Love Hey, everyone! Doing a Spartan Sprint had been on my bucket list for about a year when I completed the Greek Peak Winter Sprint in March of 2017, and it was everything I had hoped it would be. Still, doing it served as the final day of the Couch to Sprint Training Plan which had served as my exercise regimen for the previous 31 days. I needed a new plan for exercise, but I was so exhausted from training and from the Sprint that I decided to turn back to an old favorite--yoga.

Me at the Fire Jump Hey, everyone! As the culmination of the Couch to Sprint Training Plan which I did in February and early March of 2017, I decided to complete a Spartan Sprint . Doing a Spartan Sprint was on my bucket list , and as I detailed in my post about the Couch to Sprint Training Plan, there happened to be a Sprint coming up at a location only 45 minutes away from me so I couldn't pass up the opportunity. If you want to learn more about how I found out about the race and the signing-up process, please refer to my Couch to Sprint Training Plan post, linked above.

Couch to Sprint Training Plan Week 3 Day 6--Featured: Standing Back Bends Hey, everyone! After I finished REVOLUTION--31 Days of Yoga on January 31, 2017, I needed to find another workout regimen to fill up the next month or two. Though I loved Revolution and had a new-found appreciation for yoga, I wanted something more intense to build strength and endurance. That's when I got an e-mail in my inbox providing information about a Spartan Race taking place at Greek Peak, a ski resort only 45 minutes from my home.
